Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped within a business day of your Purchase. We will email you with tracking details once your shipping has been booked.
Your Purchase Order is delivered via Australia Post or our Freight broker, TransDirect, which includes, Couriers Please, FastWay, Allied Express, TNT Road Express, Toll Priority, Northline
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
When we book your freight we will authorise your goods to be left at your front door unless otherwise specified. Can you please let us know in your comments if you have some special instructions for the Couriers, or if your regional area prefers Australia Post over a local Courier. We can arrange to leave with a General Store if desired, please let us know.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the dimensions and weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
