For easy machining, this is the plastic for you.  Also known as Delrin, Ertacetal, Sustarin

Acetal is a hard engineering plastic with high tensile strength and rigidity, excellent machining ability and versatility of application. Acetal is suitable for use in components where exceptional strength is needed for above average temperature or moisture levels.

With its easy machining, it is great for bushes and bearings for machinery.

Generally, the tolerances of our Acetal Rod is -0/+2mm.
